Form and Function Marketing is a student-run marketing agency that provides its services to local Evanston and student businesses.

As VP of Development, present industry news and a marketing lesson of the day at the start of each weekly meeting

As an account executive, managed client relations and directed a team of five students in conducting marketing research and developing brand strategies, applying out-of-the-box thinking to engage consumers and enhance brand image

Accounts
EpicBurger:
  • Conceptualized and created a taste testing video to promote the restaurant’s Beyond Burger. Video reached 600 plus viewers

  • Facilitated on-campus catering opportunities and subsequent outreach, consulting on how to make lasting catering connections

  • Led a finals week $4 burger promotion. Event page received over 200 responses, 55 of which were marked ‘attended’

InkTank Apparel 
  • Designed branding, collateral and social media strategy for InkTank, a Northwestern student-run custom apparel company

  • Built a social media toolkit for future reference

Kilwins 
  • Devised a sweets basket promotion event, messaging and collateral for the Panhellenic community with the Kilwins Evanston branch, reaching over 50% of Panhellenic chapters on campus

Saville Flowers
  • Promoted Mother’s Day and Women’s Day bouquets with custom graphics and direct outreach on Facebook groups to target Evanston and North Shore community members

Vintage Vinyl Records
  • Brainstormed ways that Vintage Vinyl Records could utilize student groups to educate on vinyls and music history as well as promote the store to increase foot traffic and sales

  • Connected the owner with music-related student groups on campus to collaborate with for events and projects

  • Managed the Vintage Vinyl Instagram from January 27 to March 3. Increased likes from an average of six to an average of 35, an increase of over 400 percent

  • Created a student ambassador program strategy and aggregated potential student ambassadors

XED/Sesh
  • Redeveloped a pitch deck and formulated consumer survey for XED, now Sesh, a startup that sells ready-to-drink cocktails
